Our Financial Policy
As a courtesy and convenience for you, we accept most dental insurance plans once we have received confirmation of coverage with your insurance provider. Based on this information we can provide you with estimates and we will work with you and your insurance company to ensure that you get the greatest possible benefit from your plan.
As your dental policy is a contract between you (and/or your employer), and the insurance company, it remains your responsibility to know the limitations of your plan and keep track of the yearly maximums. Should your coverage terminate or change in any way, you will need to notify us directly. And if your treatment is not paid by your dental plan, it will be your sole responsibility to cover the costs.
We bill all treatment done on the day the service is rendered. If we have not received payment from your insurance company within 60 days of services rendered, then this claim will usually become your responsibility. Should payment or reasonable payment promise not be made in a timely manner, we maintain the right to transfer your account to a Debt Collection Agency.
We accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Financial payment plans may also be considered upon an individual basis.
We strive to have open, honest communication with you regarding your treatment and the finances involved, so please do not hesitate to ask us any questions, we are here to help.
