The procedure is relatively painless, and your hygienist will point out areas of heavy build-up so you can give them more attention during your daily hygiene routine. Your hygienist will also give you a fluoride treatment to strengthen the teeth and polish your teeth to remove any surface stains.

Dental Hygiene at Home
While dental exams and hygiene appointments are essential for keeping your teeth and gums healthy, it is crucial that you also take good care of your teeth at home.
We recommend brushing your teeth at least twice daily with fluoride toothpaste for optimum oral health. While brushing the teeth will help to remove plaque from the surface of the teeth, flossing is essential to remove food particles that become lodged beneath the gums.
